"Get-rich-quick" schemes, fake financial promises, or misleading business opportunities.
Pornographic, adult content, or sexually explicit services.
Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or related accessories.
Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or unauthorized nutraceuticals.
Products that violate local health, legal, or regulatory standards.
2.2 Irregular or Fraudulent Financial Behavior
Money laundering, terrorism financing, or tax evasion.
Operating multiple accounts to bypass platform limits.
Fake or manipulated payments (e.g., self-purchases).
Abusing the affiliate program (e.g., cookie stuffing or fraudulent referrals).
Participation in phishing, spamming, or identity theft schemes.
2.3 Restricted Jurisdictions
Mundpay does not allow usage from individuals or entities based in sanctioned countries, including but not limited to:
North Korea, Iran, Syria, Crimea, Cuba, and Belarus, in accordance with international regulations.

Online courses, trainings, and workshops.
E-books, PDFs, templates, and design files.
Software, plugins, and digital licenses.
Subscription content and access to members-only areas.
All merchants must comply with applicable laws, offer clear product information, refund policies, and adhere to our Terms of Use.
4. Risk Prevention & Monitoring Measures
Mundpay employs the following internal risk controls to prevent fraud, abuse, and suspicious activity:
4.1 IP Hosting Policy
Real-time geolocation tracking based on IP addresses.
Automatic blocking of suspicious IPs (VPNs, proxies, Tor networks).
Alerts for logins from high-risk or unusual geographic locations.
4.2 Phone Call Verification
Used in cases of suspicious activity or inconsistent KYC data.
May be required during onboarding of high-risk merchants.
4.3 Gibberish/Temporary Email Validation
Blocklists for temporary or suspicious email domains (e.g., @mailinator.com).
Real-time SMTP checks to ensure email deliverability.
Preference for business emails during merchant approval.
4.4 Linked Account Detection
Automated tracking of device fingerprints, browsers, and shared IP addresses.
Identification of duplicate or linked accounts.
Immediate flagging and investigation of account networks.
4.5 Mass Account Creation Prevention
Registration limits per IP/device/phone.
Cooldown periods between account creation attempts.
Monitoring for bot-like or mass sign-up behavior.
4.6 CAPTCHA and Human Validation
Google reCAPTCHA on sign-up and login screens.
Email and/or SMS verification during onboarding.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) for sensitive account access.
5. IP Infringement / Counterfeit Reporting Process
Mundpay maintains an official channel for third parties to report intellectual property violations:

Required: proof of ownership, direct links, and supporting documentation.
Report Handling Process:
Initial review within 72 business hours.
Temporary suspension of the reported product.
Merchant response requested within 5 business days.
Final decision: product removal or reinstatement.
Authorities will be notified when appropriate.

Violations of this policy may result in:
Temporary or permanent account suspension.
Payment holds and balance review.
Transaction reversals and buyer refunds.
Domain blacklisting.
