1. High-Risk Jurisdictions and Individuals

• Businesses, sales, or provision of goods and services to persons or entities located in jurisdictions considered high-risk (e.g., Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions).

• Import/export activities related to Russia.

• Individuals or entities listed on sanctions lists issued by the U.S., U.K., European Union, or United Nations (Restricted or Denied Parties Lists).

2. Prohibited Products/Services (lawful activities but not permitted on the platform)

• Accounting, company formation, fund management, consulting, architecture, or engineering services for persons or entities based in Russia.

• Unfair, deceptive, or abusive practices, including misleading advertising, exaggerated promises, or “get-rich-quick” schemes.

• Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing (MLM) based on recruitment.

• Document forgery or falsification services.

• Sale of traffic or engagement, aggressive telemarketing, or “cookie stuffing” activities.

3. Weapons, Explosives, and Hazardous Materials

• Firearms, gunpowder, ammunition, explosives, fireworks.

• Toy or replica weapons, when not properly regulated.

• Weapon components (e.g., magazines, conversion kits).

• Automatic or concealed knives, machetes, or disguised weapons.

• Toxic, flammable, combustible, or radioactive substances, and chemical research materials.

• Pesticides requiring professional certification.

4. Adult Content and Sexual Services

• Pornography or explicit adult content, including photos, videos, magazines, or erotic literature.

• Escort services, prostitution, massage parlors, live sex chats, fetish content.

• Any services or products that reference or allude to pedophilia.

• Online dating platforms or “dating services.”

5. Financial, Monetary, and Crypto-Related Activities

• Any form of loans, credit, or financing (including “Buy Now, Pay Later” models).

• Currency exchange, remittance, bill payment, peer-to-peer money transmission, or financial intermediation services.

• Bearer shares, custody services, shell banks, transactional accounts.

• Cryptocurrency-related activities: mining, staking, ICOs, NFT resales, wallets, or exchanges.

• Prepaid cards, virtual credits, gift cards, or stored-value services provided by third parties.

6. Medical, Pharmaceutical, and Health Products

• Prescription medicines or online pharmacy platforms.

• Cures or treatments for diseases (chronic, congenital, or temporary) without scientific evidence.

• Medical devices subject to regulation, or telemedicine services without proper authorization.

7. Intellectual Property Violations, Illegal Products, Fraud, or Scams

• Counterfeit or plagiarized products, or unauthorized use of trademarks, copyrights, or patents.

• Products or services that infringe third-party rights, such as trademarks, copyrights, or trade secrets.

• Fraudulent websites, scams, phishing schemes, or platforms designed to collect user data with malicious intent.

• Illegal services, such as espionage or signal interception devices.

• Signal jammers, decoders, modchips, or VPNs intended for unlawful use.

8. Other Restricted Products or Services

• Tobacco, e-cigarettes, and related products.

• Travel-related services, including charter flights, cruises, timeshares, and travel agencies.

• Crowdfunding, fundraising, or raffles.

• Legal services not related to the legitimate collection of attorney fees (e.g., bankruptcy lawyers compensated through alternative means).

• Fraudulent identity services or commercialized identity protection services.

• Age-restricted products, such as alcoholic beverages.
